Doors open at 4:00 pm on 17 October at the Kerala Arts and Crafts Village, Kovalam, Trivandrum.

Bring your pass. A photo or a screenshot is fine, and it does not need to be printed. Each pass admits the number of people printed on it, and it is scanned once per person, so come together if you can.

Buffet dinner and coach seats are counted per head and printed on the pass itself, so bring the pass that carries them.

If you booked the coach, be at your stop in good time. It runs the same route back afterwards.
